We are in conversation with local Tri legends Sam Coxon, Duncan Hough & Ian Dempsey. Together we are looking to create swim to bike sessions, and S&C incorporating Vasa swimming ergs and TRX. We are even talking about creating "Junior Tri sessions"
40 Seat restaurant. A great place for Triathletes to meet and wait in comfort. Created as a home from home environment members (*subject to covid) are welcome to drop in for a coffee or use us as the meeting place before a bike ride. The restaurant / cafe, along with the usual snacks will have a range of balanced sports science lead meals.
The Dry pool gym is a swim specific HiiT workout space. We have 24 specific coaching zones. Dry pool revolves around the Vasa Swimming Erg (basically a rowing machine you can swim on) - The Vasa is the go-to piece of training kit for triathletes and serious swimmers
With water being so scarce in the UK - We are able to offer Tri-clubs an all year round swimming base. Train in the dry using the VASA swimming ergs or get in the pool. We believe in early customer engagement, whilst our physical plans are set and ready to go, our training programme, dates and times are still fluid. This is your chance to tell us what you wold like, and influence the format.
All sessions are coach lead, all swimmers are fitted with water proof my jukes head seats- Triton swim wear available to hire
30 min warm up in the Dry Pool followed by finis axis FC
2 hours Swim & Turbo session
At the end of each month we will upgrade the regular Sunday session to a 3 hr clinic
